Fair cost-benefit place, near teatro juarez and a parking lot in front of the hotel
Está cómodo y muy bien ubicado, céntrico sin el precio de cualquiera dentro de la zona del centro histórico, dependiendo de la habitación. El mobiliario está reciente, el baño tiene secadora y si te dan amenidades de jabón, shampoo y loción. Los recepcionistas amables y la habitación con suficientes enchufes para cargar tus aparatos eléctronicos. Nos gustó, seguramente volveremos.
Es un hotel con estilo colonial, pero bien cuidado y con remodelaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Tiene varias escaleras para poder acceder a los cuartos. Las camas son cómodas, y la terraza muy agradable. Lo único malo fue que no salio agua caliente para bañarse.

Un lugar muy limpio, algunas habitaciones remodelas y otras aun pendientes por remodelar solo deberían de poner un silenciador en las ventanas ya que en la noche el ruido del exterior. Su personal muy amable y buena apertura para los grupos.

Mi pareja y yo nos hospedamos en la Suite del hotel, la habitación era bonita y cómoda supongo que es de las habitaciones remodeladas recientemente. El trato con la Srta. que nos atendió fue amable y Cortez . Si buscas algo cercas del centro de Guanajuato es una buena opción nosotros visitamos la ciudad en Diciembre donde es temporada alta por ello la tarifa era un poco alta el lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento pero a mi opinión la ciudad está echa para caminar no para vehículos. Solo recomendaría al hotel atención a la limpieza de las habitaciones ya que ningún día de los que estuvimos en el lugar pasaron a realizar la limpieza a la habitación supongo que era necesario solicitarla en recepción lo cual no creo que sea necesario como huésped . Tenía miedo de reservar y llevarme una mala experiencia por los comentarios que leía . Pero todo lo contrario mi estancia fue agradable .
Esta económico y bonito, aunque un poco chico y el agua tarda en salir caliente, un cuarto básico tiene lo necesario, una cama grande, un sillón de tamaño normal, una silla y una mesita, aparte de eso un guardarropa, en el baño tiene toallas, papel, y lo demás necesario. Por último en la recepción las personas son muy amables.
